I was surprised in the Summer of 2017 to see Dog Fennel growing on one of the floats in the lake. Since I have not seen it in any other part of the park, I'm assuming the the seeds arrived courtesy of some of the birds who hang out there. The first photo below is from Rockville. The other two are of Dog Fennel plants from another area in Solano County.
